To avoid conflict with the New Year’s Day holiday, the Canosia Town Board will hold their January meeting on Thursday, January 2, at 7 p.m. at the town hall.
New recycling method: plastics, aluminum, glass and mixed paper can now be mixed together. Corrugated cardboard and plastic film should both be kept separate. Click here for additional details.
The town board has made the decision to not maintain the rec area ice rink for the 2019-2020 winter. For the past several years, it has been a challenge to properly maintain the ice at an acceptable level. The board plans to revisit this issue next fall to gauge resident feedback and assess options for the following winter.
