The Town of Canosia will hold it’s annual Local Board of Appeal and Eqaulization (LBAE) meeting on April 30, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at Canosia Town Hall (4896 Midway Road.) Residents can submit their property tax concerns by:

• contacting St. Louis County Assessors office or
• by emailing/mailing a letter to the Town of Canosia or
• by attending the meeting in person.

ALL COMMUNICATIONS must be received prior to or during the board meeting.
